What are you hours of operation?

You can place an order on the website 24 HOURS A DAY – 7 DAYS A WEEK. Customer Service is available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm(CST)

 

How do I place an order?

The quickest and preferred method is to use our secure website. However, if you want to place a telephone order, simply call us at 214-549-2898

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience we accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay by check, contact us at 214-549-2898, Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm(CST). We will gladly accommodate you, but we will ship the merchandise after your check clears.

 

What is your return policy?

 If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products just contact our customer service department at 214-549-2898, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm(CST) and we will provide you with the choice of having the product exchanged or being given a full refund.  The customer is only responsible for return shipping and a re-stocking fee of $15.00 per case.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please contact customer support at 214-549-2898, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm(CST) or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

 

 

When will my order ship and when can I expect it?

Delivery Time

Orders placed by 2:00PM CST, Monday-Friday are shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive within 4-6 business days. (subject to stock availability). Weekend orders are shipped the next business. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and provided with an estimated ship date.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is place we work quickly to get the order processed and shipped. We will attempt to cancel the order before it ships but we cannot make a guarantee. The best way to contact us to stop an order is by email at orders@theglovegroup.com.  You will receive a confirmation email once we have cancelled the order.

 

Who will be billing agent be on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will list the billing agent as: The Glove Group.com.

 

What is your privacy policy?

All customer data is stored on a secure company server. We will not give or sell any information to third parties.
